Attendees alongside Gutmann included Mayor Jim Kenney, Drexel President John Fry, St. Joseph’s President Mark C. Reed, Temple President Richard Englert, and members of local crew teams.
Penn is pledging $750,000 toward the effort. The project is scheduled to begin later this summer.
