WHO: The Netter Center for Community Partnerships’ Agatston Urban Nutrition Initiative engages, educates and empowers youth, university students and community members to promote healthy lifestyles and build a sustainable food system.
WHAT: 5th Annual Eats and Beats: Community Meal and Fundraiser.
The Eats and Beats event features a four-course, locally sourced, organic meal prepared by youth interns with ingredients donated from local restaurants and businesses.
The event, which also includes performances and a silent auction, is part of an ongoing fundraising effort to enable youth interns to participate in a national network of young leaders in food systems reform.

DETAILS: Registration is required. There is a minimum suggested donation to attend.
